I have over 8 years experience as a physical therapist. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I work from my beautiful, contemporary home studio in Bow, East London, E3. With my invigorating deep tissue treatment I focus on targeting deep knots and muscle tension with the use of trigger point and neuromuscular techniques. My deep tissue massage can also remove any muscle adhesion from prolonged postural issues. These treatments are good for targeting specific tight areas and particularly recommended for active persons.

My pregnancy massage treatments help a woman relax, support her during a period of physiological change and helps to prepare the whole body for birth. I use relaxing holistic techniques to help relieve aches and pains and other common health problems experienced during pregnancy. A wonderfully relaxing experience for both mother and baby.

A deep and therapeutic massage designed to help athletes and active individuals prevent and recover from injuries, improve performance, and relieve muscle tension. I incorporate deep tissue techniques, stretching and targeted pressure, using a massage gun, to enhance circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and promote flexibility. Sports massage can be used before or after exercise, depending on the goal - pre-vent massage focuses on warming up the muscles, while post-event massage aids recovery. It is beneficial to anyone engaged in regular physical activity, not just professional athletes.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, MLD, is a gentle skin massage that helps move extra fluid from an area if it is swollen (or at risk of becoming swollen), into an area where the lymph nodes are working properly. It is beneficial for detoxification and relaxation. The slow, rhythmical pressure means it is a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment.
